Beatrice is renowned for helping sales reps and management create additional streams of revenue. Beatrice combines a results-based approach to sales with an emphasis on building strategic relationships. She was consistently recognized by the national Better Business Bureau and annually ranked in the top ten for her work as a contract negotiator.
Prior to founding Stonebanks Sales Management Teams, Beatrice developed integrated-media plans for a range of clients, from small local businesses to global giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, and EMC. An extensive background in publishing includes being the Online Media Manager for Penton Media's award-winning SQL Server Magazine. Fawcette Technical Publication's Java Pro and The Future of Software, SourceMedia's 150 year old flagship publication, American Banker, Sunshine Media's Builder/Architect magazine and Reed Elsevier's Journal of EMS.
Today, Beatrice instructs sales reps and management how to identify and engage their ideal clients. She contacts the decision makers in your sales team's presence and models a successful pitch. Not only does your team win this contract, but also they'll learn how to do the next one for themselves.
When not helping companies expand their full potential, Beatrice enjoys exceeding her own expectations. She's a marathon runner, an author, a public speaker and community outreach leader. Her volunteer work has included serving as President of the Professional Women in Building council of the Home Builders Association of Northern California. Under her leadership, this chapter earned the prestigious national NAHB Council-of-the-Year Award.
Beatrice lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and their teenage son.
